What up HurtBiZaRrO?!?!

You know I love them! My favorite brands are probably Saab (the only car I've ever owned) and Tesla. My next car will definitely be a Tesla! Whether it's a Model S, 3, or Y, I'm not sure yet.

I've done all of my own work on my '07 Saab 9-3 Aero (besides new tires & balancing/alignment), which was bulletproof for about 100k miles but unfortunately is misfiring due to wiring or bad ECU, I haven't narrowed it down yet. I definitely miss driving it. It has a 2.8L V6 turbo engine. Lots of fun!

What about you? What are you driving? What would you like to get for yourself next?

The Cybertruck is pretty cool! Honestly I don't think it matters which model I end up getting eventually, I would be happy with any of them! The Cybertruck is going to start being built this year at their Texas factory. Very exciting!

@blustrkr @Sw3etPoison Tesla’s are very cool! Personally I want a Honda S2000 AP1 (1999-2003) or AP2 (2004-2009), hopefully a AP1 because it has a higher record range/limit!😁

The only knock I have heard on being a Tesla owner is that the service stations are few and far between. I have also seen numerous videos that show once your warranty is up it is really hard to deal with the company. I am sure over time this will improve but for now I have zero interest in one.

Late update:
I Bought a 2002 Honda S200 (AP1) On July 6th and so far have not driven it too much due to not getting the plates till just recently (5 months later) as well as the engine does have knock but it does still run great! Once Spring/Summer comes around I will give it a lot more attention. Can't wait to get some money to put into a new engine and a turbo kit!!! :)

That's badass! What do you think is producing the engine knock? Hopefully just some new plugs and coils will do the trick. Have you changed out the oil and transmission fluid yet? New air filter? Clean the MAF sensor? Also make sure you change the cabin air filter so you're breathing nice clean air inside.

Thank you for reminding me about the cabin air filter, that thing was nasty! I have already replaced the coolant, oil, oil filter, Spark plugs, Idler pulley and bearing, Air intake (was aftermarket AEM but switched it back to stock), knock sensor. Can't quite remember if there is anything else I have replaced or clean but the transmission fluid would be a good thing to change since I'm not sure the last time it was changed or if has ever been changed.

I bet it was, highways in general plus our lovely Utah air quality are not very kind to the air you breathe! The cabin air filter is very important in my opinion, seems like most people don't even know about it though.

Any luck with the misfire yet? Did you take a look at the ignition coils underneath the spark plugs? Changing out tranny fluid would also be a great idea. Even the "fill for life" transmissions need to be checked and/or refreshed at least every 30-50k I'd say.

Why did you decide to remove the aftermarket filter? Too much noise? I put a K&N on the Saab which definitely helped me hear the turbo more. The stock airbox is pretty darn good though. It's almost like the manufacturer like, perfectly designed it for the car? Weird, I know! xD

You are right! It is crazy how many people don’t know about the cabin air filter.😂

Unfortunately it’s not a misfire it’s some sort of knock. I haven’t had any luck figuring out what caused it to start and or what is currently the problem.

I should be changing out the transmission fluid soon hopefully, because my friend happens to have 2 xtra bottles of transmission fluid for Japanese vehicles that he is giving me.

The reason for the switch back to the stock air box is because the S2000 came stock with a k&n air filter. The aftermarket intake I think was the reason the engine has knock as well as it won’t stay together very well because it’s missing some hose clamps. And you are right it is crazy that the factory intake works amazing I would assume the manufacturers just made them for looks😂😂

Any luck on the knock so far? Something related to spark plugs or ignition coils? Dirty MAF sensor?

I have replaced the spark plugs already, I checked the coil packs *they are working*, and I cleaned out the mad sensor but unfortunately no luck.
