It was pretty cool to play a new entry in the Star Wars video game saga, and even cooler to play one developed by DICE. These guys are responsible for a couple of my favorites so I usually pay attention when they come out with something else. One really shitty thing right..

Star Wars Battlefront 2, it turns out, is really quite good. I've been playing - the new one, this is - a little obsessively over the last week, an obsession launched about three-and-a-bit years too late as far as poor DICE is probably concerned, and one which I feel a little guilty about, not least because I got it for free. UPDATE 26/1/21: 19 million players took advantage of Star Wars Battlefront 2's Epic Games Store promotion, EA revealed last night. No wonder those servers struggled.
