I was surfing the internet realm of YouTube earlier today when I stumbled across a handful of videos about this game. I enjoyed watching people play it so I decided to buy it and boy am I glad. The game itself is simple do jobs ranging from a small garage cleanup to an entire house remodel and earn money to buy houses and flip them. It is a really fun simulator game an I easily burnt through three to four hours my first session, it's addictive. The game runs well for me on max settings, I get around 60-80 fps depending on the area. Game mechanics work well and I am yet to find a bug, I do find myself a little sad that I can do nothing about the lawn as of now, but maybe in the future. If you wan't a fun house flipping game to express your creative and constructive side then this is a good buy!
