Fallout 76: Wastelanders

Sw3etPoison's Fallout 76: Wastelanders Review Xbox One, 50-100 hours played

FO76 was my first console game I ever owned and oh boy, I am so happy I gave it a second chance. The game takes place in an alternate reality on the aftermath of a nuclear war between China and The United States, therefore many mutants, scorched creatures, radiation is surrounding you, you can’t escape from the gangsters either, bad eagles killing good bots and remaining good humans. Very easy to learn, kinda big map in my opinion, I wish they would expand it a bit more but let’s hope they plan on it in the future. There’s so many guns/armor/explosives you’ll find and win by completing events, quests, and many more daily/weekly tasks. There are plans you learn to craft your own weapons or armor, there are recipes you also learn to cook your own meals (keep in mind that some cooked meals give you up to +40 carry weight capacity, trust me, you’ll want all the carry weight capacity you can get). It’s very fun to explore around the world with friends or just by yourself, make sure you carry some food and water and something to kick butt with and you’ll be fine. Most of the people I encounter on the game are nice and very helpful, they drop some food or ammo for you, occasionally they’ll drop some plans they already know, it’s fun to make friends, also you’ll encounter not so nice people and might try to kill you, if they do so, they can steal your loot :( which sucks but there is plenty more junk, food, guns and more stuff to loot around the fallout world. There are of course a bug here and there, you might see some rocks floating lol overall is a good game. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll like it, if not, you might want to consider trying the other Fallout games Bethesda has made. Good luck exploring the wasteland!
