I'm a huge fan of survival/exploration type games so I was definitely intrigued when I stumbled across this little beauty. It was still pretty early in Alpha when I found it, but it was love at first sight. The art style alone won me over almost instantly! The game has grown so much over the last few years and every update was better than the last. They've recently added a lot of new features, like new animals and wildlife, new food/objects and new challenges. Not to mention the highly anticipated Wintermute story campaign. I can't stress enough how vast the world is as well and the environments are very different with structures, forest and so on. They also have a beautiful and atmospheric soundtrack for the game that sets the tone beautifully. The gameplay is really challenging but not overwhelming and there is endless replay value. I could play this game for hours and hours, and it never gets old.One of my all time favorite games!
