Let me be clear first that I think this is a great game with a cool take on what open world games can, and frankly should be. So my complaint is not about the game itself it's the characters and the dialogue. They are just so bland and at some points obnoxious because there is no emphasis in any of the voices. And no I don't expect every cut scene to be filled with action and excitement but it has to change at some point. I use GTA 5 as an example, every character has their own personality and style that fits to the story very well. In my opinion the way Geralt talks feels very forced and boring, if he was a side character I would be a little bit more OK with it, but since he is in almost every set of dialogue I just find myself getting sick of most of it and sometimes even have to skip.
I would also like to add that I am usually not a huge stickler when it comes to these kind of things, I also don't think it is a bad game is the least. I just think for it being a major release something like this shouldn't be an issue.
