Destiny 2
I honestly didn't like the first Destiny that much so I still am not sure why I purchased this game. The story is super vague and I don't really know what I accomplished once I beat the main game. The missions all seemed like the same exact thing, same areas, and SUPER redundant. I played the first expansion and it was more of the same stuff, just different environments. And why in the hell is there still no real party finder? It is so inconvenient to do anything in this game as finding others is like pulling teeth. Graphically is where..

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Naughty Dog is the staple of console video gaming. Uncharted is the reason I purchased a PS4 and I am so glad that I did. Uncharted 4 is the best title in this series by far. It is the only one that was made for a next gen console and they did an AMAZING job. The environments and detail are stunning. The story arc is probably my favorite as well, and I thought Uncharted 2 would be hard to top. I honestly do not even know what to say in this review other than to play this game as soon as you can. I would for sure recommend playing Uncharted..

Destiny: The Taken King
Widely credited for "saving" the original Destiny, Taken King adds quite a lot of new stuff to do! It revolves around Oryx, who is back for revenge after the death of his son Crota in the Dark Below expansion. As far as numbers and stuff go this expansion adds a new campaign, 3 new multiplayer Strikes, 7 new Crucible maps, the new King's Fall raid, and a few new Crucible game types. The new playable area for this expansion is the Dreadnaught, which is Oryx's ship. It's pretty huge. Still to this date it dwarfs the size of all..

Halo 3: ODST
This was a challenging sell for Bungie as I remember many were a bit upset with the price tag when it was announced. However, I think they did a pretty good job! This was the second to last Halo project for Bungie. They had a contract to produce five Halo titles for Microsoft. Since many of Bungie's resources were already being diverted towards development of Halo Reach, ODST made perfect sense. It is immediately profoundly different from other titles in the series in the sense that you no longer control a Spartan. Instead you will..

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special..
There's nothing too crazy about this special edition. It is mostly the Skyrim you love and remember, with a few welcome improvements. First off, all of the DLC from Skyrim is included which is always a bonus. Dawnguard and Dragonborn will add quite a lot of playtime to your file with new questlines and such, while Hearthfire is a pretty modest DLC focused on house-building and the like (there are only a few different houses). The second cool thing included with this is modding support, which was present on the PC version of Skyrim for..

Final Fantasy XV
I have been a huge Final Fantasy fan for many years. I played the original on NES, however, the first one I REALLY got sucked into was Final Fantasy IV (FF II in the US). FF XV is visually stunning. I have the Xbox One X and I spend most of my time just exploring and taking screenshots. The music is top notch as well and if you're familiar with past FF games this shouldn't come at any surprise. I especially like that you can play soundtracks from past games as you cruise around the giant world map. The battle system took me awhile to..

Destiny: Rise of Iron
This expansion was easily one of the most loved from D1, alongside The Taken King of course. Learning about the formation of the Iron Lords, the origin of Lord Saladin, and the SIVA crisis was all some pretty badass lore. It helps make the Iron Banner a bit more significant, for me at least. It also helped out with endgame content quite a bit as it introduced more difficult enemies in the Plaguelands, a new playable area on Earth. It was essentially an extension of the Cosmodrome area. I do enjoy me a nice casual roam around Old Russia..

BioShock
Oh my goodness how I love this game. This is one of those games I could EASILY go back and play again. Everything is dark and a bit twisted which makes this game that much better.. I'm a sucker for anything "horror" while this might not be the scariest game ever. It sure is creepy with the little sisters and big daddy. Even the generic enemies just have this eerie feel to them and it is beautifully made. One of my favorite games of all time without a doubt...

Destiny 2 - Expansion I: Curse of Osiris
I loved Destiny 2 when it came out, but I stopped playing after a few months. With the release of Forsaken I thought it would be the perfect time to get back into the game. Now to start, I bought The Curse of Osiris and War Mind together for only $20 which impacts my review a bit. Had I payed a full $20 for this DLC I would give it a six out of ten. I would like to say the the length of this DLC is decent tho nothing great, I believe there are 5 or 6 main mission and then that's it. The new Mercury landing zone is very pretty and the actual..

Destiny 2: Forsaken
Really loving this expansion so far! It is easily comparable to The Taken King from D1 in regards to how much content is added. The new Tangled Shore destination in the Director is very fun to roam around, and you're able to much more than you ever could before in the Reef. Spider is a very useful vendor for the Shore as he allows you to trade in legendary shards and glimmer for other yseful items, like masterwork cores for example. This of course will make it a bit easier to infuse your preferential gear with more powerful stats. I love..

Disc Jam
My buddy and I picked this game up on sale after watching a few videos on it. We played both against each other and as a team online, and I really enjoyed all the games smooth and simple mechanics. I like the style of the game, and it is very fun to play with a friend you can communicate with. I tried playing online by myself and I couldn't find a way to voice chat, which made it difficult to play efficiently with a teammate. The graphics are good, it is also very easy to run the game I was getting 200+ fps. If you want a slightly competitive..

Player Unknown's Battlegrounds
A great game to play with friends. If you don't have an Xbox X, you will experience severe performance issues as the game can be buggy. Average graphics. Shooting mechanics are great. Battle Royale is a lot of fun. Not recommended for people who have little patience as this game requires a lot of traveling, looting, and waiting. Overall, it's my favorite game but only because battle royal is new to the gaming world and nothing yet is giving pubg a run for their money. ..

Cuisine Royale
This game was made as an April Fools day joke, so don't be too hard on it. In my opinion it fills a gap in the Battle Royale genre, by being just the right mix between fun and challenging. I can hop in a game and have a very good chance at winning, unlike other battle royals where you have to be a god to compete with everyone. This game is simple and fun as well as goofy, I mean you try not to smile when your character is running around with pots and pans as armor. Not to mention the fact that a waffle maker is the designated buttocks..

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X
Surprisingly good game. It has quite a learning curve, but once you begin to get the hang of it, very satisfying to pull off aerial maneuvers. Your standard first person view is where most of the game takes place, but during dogfights, you can switch to a third person view, that also disables turning limits and minimum speeds, allowing much sharper turns, at a much higher cost. Multiplayer deathmatches were fun, although there was quite a range of skill levels. Co-op missions with friends was a lot of fun...

Super Mario World
One of my all-time favourite games. Although some may say Super Mario Bros 3 introduced a lot of the elements present in Super Mario World, it was Super Mario World that perfected them. The controls feel perfect, and have that high polished feel gamers had gotten used to from previous Mario games. This game still has an active speedrunning community, as well as modding community, which was only bolstered by the introduction of Super Mario Maker. Simply put, this is a classic, and has still held up to the test of time...

Destiny 2 - Expansion I: Curse of Osiris
I am not a huge Destiny fan to begin with but I keep buying content for some reason. This expansion started off pretty cool as I thought Mercury was well crafted. I quickly realized there is not much to explore/do on Mercury aside from entering the infinite forest. This is where the main missions take place. The worst part is, EVERY single mission is the exact same. Navigate through the same level, defeat a boss, repeat. How is this even worth paying money for? This expansion may be the final dollar that I give to Bungie...

House Flipper
I was surfing the internet realm of YouTube earlier today when I stumbled across a handful of videos about this game. I enjoyed watching people play it so I decided to buy it and boy am I glad. The game itself is simple do jobs ranging from a small garage cleanup to an entire house remodel and earn money to buy houses and flip them. It is a really fun simulator game an I easily burnt through three to four hours my first session, it's addictive. The game runs well for me on max settings, I get around 60-80 fps depending on the area. Game..

The Wolf Among Us
This is the best Telltale game yet, and I'm giving it a 10 because I can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. This game was so refreshing for me and I've replayed it several times since. It's got your typical Telltale style gameplay, with most of the game being choices and dialogue, along with a few quick time events. However, it's got more grit to it than TT's other games. The story (despite being all about fables and magic) is fairly adult and dark. The characters are all interesting, and their interactions make you curious..
