If creating an account, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not create an account on byte1ife. Anyone found not following this rule will be banned. Attempts to create another account with a different date of birth will result in a ban on your IP address.

Any of - but not limited to - the following circumstances could and may result in a ban:

Any attempts to deface, harm, or sabotage the website.
Excessively insulting/flaming other users (when it's clearly not in a light-hearted manner).
Any content containing child pornography will be removed as soon as possible, with the contributor receiving a ban and further action.
Posting excessive amounts of garbage content (spamming).
The byte1ife staff reserves the right to issue bans for violation of any of these rules or for any reason.

Etiquette

Be respectful to others! An open mind goes a long way in life. Remember, there are real human beings behind all of these usernames. You can disagree on things without devolving to name-calling.
Vulgar language is allowed, as long as it is not excessive. Anything may be deemed excessive by the byte1ife staff.
Try to avoid posting two or more consecutive replies in a forum thread. Instead, edit your last reply or wait for someone else to respond...
...Or, go ahead and bump an old topic with a reply IF you have something to contribute to the conversation.

Miscellaneous

Occasionally, byte1ife may be unavailable due to maintenance. This is to ensure the site continues to run smoothly for everyone.
byte1ife reserves the right to update these Terms of Services and the Privacy Policy at any time.
